All our articles are new and are factory guaranteed. If by any chance an item is out of stock we will notify this on our website.

All Credit card transactions are handled on Secure Payment Servers by our payment partner PayPal ® and Stripe ® .

Privacy Statement

1. Your personal information will never be shared with outside parties except for the company that processes your information when handling your payment transaction. PayPal is our payment partner who collects this information. PayPal’s payment systems achieves optimum levels of security and state of the art encryption techniques so your privacy will be guaranteed.

2. If you do not have a PayPal account you can pay with all major credit cards such as Delta, Visa, Mastercard and American Express via PayPal’s secure online transaction server.

3. As soon as we have received your order we will send it the next business day by priority mail. Our European customers will receive the goods within 3 to 5 working days. For our international customers this can take up to 5 to 7 working days. You will get an e-mail confirming your payment and shipment.

4. Marañon World of Hammocks accepts no responsibility for damages to goods, direct or indirect of any kind, which can occur during shipping and/or transport.

5. If you receive damaged goods please contact us immediately by phone and e-mail us a photo of the package and the goodsl. You will get the product returned with exception of any items, which are currently not in stock.

6. Within 30 days from receiving your product there is a possibility of exchanging the product. Exchange is only possible if the goods are returned undamaged. Only the shipping costs that will be made for the exchanged goods will be charged.

7. If you want to exchange a hammock or hammock chair you need to inform Marañon Hammocks as soon as possible within the period of seven (30) days after you have received the product. Contact us as soon as possible in case you want to exchange the hammock or hanging chair because of possible damage (not caused by shipment) and return the product by pre-paid mail and we will send you another model.

8. Products which are not in stock, can be put on “Backorder” and will be sent to you as soon as possible when they’re back in stock. Please contact us for more information on an item that is not in stock at the moment.

9. We do sent out a review request 2 weeks after delivery of your order. We do this through our review partner ‘Cusrev’.
